Michele manages and oversees all company operations, including policy/procedure development, business planning, forecasting, financial performance, project performance, and new service development. Her valued input and strategic relationships help ensure customer satisfaction and continued business success. Her demonstrated leadership over the years has been instrumental in growing the company into what it is today.
Expertise
Michele began her 30-year career with Welsbach while enrolled in undergraduate study. She started working in the front office part-time during the summer and on weekends. After graduation, she started full-time as accounts receivable clerk and has since advanced to assistant controller, controller, and, most recently, vice president of finance.

She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, and going to the theater.
